SUBSCRIPTION PLAN FAQ

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from within the product. If you downgrade, you'll be billed for the current subscription period and after your current subscription period ends, you’ll be billed for the new plan. Upgrades go into effect immediately.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Purchase orders and offline payment options are available for annual subscription plans. Please contact us for details.

What if I exceed my limits of my current plan?

For our paid plans, you will receive notifications from Thundra that you are exceeding limits and be given the option to upgrade your plan. After a reasonable time has elapsed, we will start to enforce your limits. If you are on our Free plan, you will also receive a recommendation to upgrade and your limits will be continually enforced.

How do I subscribe to the Enterprise Plan?

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts on all of our annual plans. We also provide our platform for free to healthcare organizations and nonprofits helping with COVID-19. We offer discounts for any users championing us to their friends, as well. Contact us at support@thundra.io for info on discounted pricing.

Do you have a trial?

No, we do not have a trial. Our Free Plan has decent limits to help getting started and it is forever free. We do not restrict any features on our Free Plan so trial is not required.

What if I need longer data retention?

We can totally accommodate you! Give us an email at support@thundra.io for custom pricing.

Do I need to provide payment details in order to begin my Free Plan?

No. All you need to do is set up an account to get started.

Which features can I access during my free trial?

We do not restrict features from our plans. You can use all of Thundra’s features in your Free Plan as well as paid plans. We believe that developers should be able to have access to all of Thundra’s features without the restriction of paid plan limitations.

Are there other billing options?

Monthly and annual plans are available. We can customize billing plans to meet your needs. For a detailed explanation of billing, please contact us at support@thundra.io.

How can I keep an eye on my usage limits?

You can check your usage under your profile in Thundra console.

What happens when I have to upgrade in the middle of the pricing cycle?

You can upgrade your Thundra plan anytime and you will only be billed for the prorated amount.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately no. You can cancel your subscription any time from a monthly or an annual plan and you won't be charged again. Until your billing period ends, your subscription plan will be accessible.

How about security?

We ameliorated our products, processes, and procedures to meet with the GDPR obligations. We apply encryption in transit and encryption at rest.

What does support look like at the Free, Lite, Standard, and Custom plans?

We strive to provide a high level of support to all our users – we want you to achieve great things with Thundra. We provide a prioritized level of support for customers at the Enterprise level and have a variety of ways you can quickly connect with our team of serverless engineers to get help. Additional support SLAs and off hours escalation options are available to customers at the Enterprise level. We support all users via our community slack for instant messaging.
